Saturday 1st October 2011

A group of twelve hardy members, wives and assorted pets took part in a sponsored walk to raise funds for Guide Dogs for the Blind. At the last count approximately £800 has been raised. Well done to all who particated, and many thanks to the brethren from Lodge Garthland St. Winnoch who provided a hot plate of soup at the halfway stage.

At the Annual Installation of Office Bearers Bro. Jamie Barton was installed as RWM. The Installing Masters were Bro. Sandy Graham PM and Bro. David Nicholl PM.

The Annual Burns Supper will be held in the Lodge (6:00 for 6:30 pm). This celebration of the life and work of our national bard is in the capable hands of Past Master John Shirkie and the brethren from Lodge Tarbolton (Kilwinning St. James No. 135.
