Installation
The Annual Installation of the Office Bearers of Lodge St.
Barchan No.156 took place on Saturday 10th December 2011. On
this occasion Bro. Jamie Barton was installed as Right
Worshipful Master. The Installing Masters on this occasion were
Bro. Sandy Graham PM 156 and Bro. David Nicholl PM 156.
They were assisted in carrying out the ceremony by Bro. Scott Bogle PM 156, Bro. Les Meneely PM 156 and Bro. Jamie's proposer Bro. Jack Byers MM 242.
A total of thirteen brethren made the journey up from Birkenhead to join us. This deputation was headed by Bro. Dobson WM of The Good Companions Lodge No. 6759. Bro. Alan recently celebrated fifty years as a freemason and the brethren of Lodge St. Barchan would like to congratulate him on this achievement.
Lodge St. Barchan was blessed not only with the brethren from the English Constitution but many visitors both from within and outwith the Province of Renfrewshire East and we thank them all for taking the time to join with us.
The deputation from the Provincial Grand Lodge of Renfrewshire was headed by the Provincial Grand Master Designate Bro. John S Miller. We look forward to Bro. John being installed as Provincial Grand Master early next year.
